I offer life counselling and coaching for individuals who are seeking to transform and expand their potential at work or, more generally, in life. I also offer my services in French and Italian. 

My standard fee for individuals is 150/hr. Some of my slots are offered on a discounted rate of $100-$125/hr, depending upon income and financial need.

For people who are seeking coaching, in an institutional setting, please email me to obtain my fee structure.

  • A space where you have a compassionate and realistic sounding board to explore, and refine, your strategies for work and life.

  • You are not exactly where you wish to be in life and have some real things you wish to work on, whether in your personal or work life.

  • You are generally into personal transformation and growth, whether it be through books, workshops or counselling. You also look to psychology, self-help, philosophy, spirituality for practical life skills and wisdom.
